Responsible for supporting Marseille’s strategic customers and distributors in Korea, Taiwan, Japan and China, Mr Lin joined the company with 15 years of experience in strategic US and Asia Pacific sales for companies in the GPS, xSDL, RF, voice processing for wireless, PC, consumer and automotive industries. Lin joined Marseille from Fortemedia, where he served as a director of sales. Prior to that, he served at SiRF as Taiwan Country Manager/APAC regional manager, where he was instrumental in helping the company achieve $300M in revenue and grow from a startup to a successful IPO in 2004. He had similar success prior at PCTel where revenues reached $100M and an IPO ensued by 1999. He also held a senior sales position at Krypton Isolation. His product sales have been the result of leveraging his channel-wide contacts throughout Asia and led to major design wins at leading companies including HP, Sony, Samsung, LG, ASUS, HTC, Acer, Dell, Mitac, Motorola and TomTom. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Madison University, Wisconsin. |
