Interim Chief Financial Officer

An executive management team leader for medium size hardware technology and software portfolio companies of top Silicon Valley venture firms for The Brenner Group, Ms. Kudelka, Marseille’s interim CFO, brings 20 years of financial expertise leading finance and administration functions with prominent clients such as Xicom Technologies, Spatial Photonics, Cordys and E2Open.

Ms. Kudelka, an experienced senior manager for public company business units, has prepared companies for their initial public offerings through their transition to public reporting and has successfully completed the preparation, implementation and post acquisition transition integration for transactions involving Clarify, Diffusion, Vignette, Charitygift, Charitableway, Routescience, Avaya, Crescendo Communications and Cisco Systems, resulting in positive returns to shareholders, employee retention and continued business operations as well as managing cash to avoid bridge loans and further dilution.

Prior to The Brenner Group, Ms. Kudelka held the position of Vice President of Finance for Charitableway, Inc., a venture funded technology donations processing company for corporate giving programs for customers such as Agilent and Cal Fed. She has held several progressively responsible positions with Xerox as a Senior Business Analyst and in international finance and accounting management for a multinational subsidiary business unit. Ms. Kudelka holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration Finance from San Jose State University and is a supporter, volunteer and fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
