Marseille is looking for a highly motivated individual to join its Software and Algorithm Development team. As a member of this team you will be responsible for developing, debugging and verifying SW models for the HW team in the areas of:

• Audio/video algorithms
• Data processing algorithms
• Network protocols and security

You will be working very closely with other SW engineers as well as HW engineers, from the early algorithm modeling all the way to the final chip bring-up and application SW. You will be exposed to Marseille HW virtualization techniques, while also writing SW which interacts with actual HW components (ASIC, FPGA).

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in C/C++
• In depth understanding of operating systems, scheduling.
• Experience with multithreading, distributed computing
• Understanding of SW/HW interfaces, as well as HW architecture
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (bash, Perl, Python)
• Experience with Linux development environment (makefiles, gdb, gtk+)
• 10+ years of experience

• SystemC

Education

MS or higher degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
